Peter Bol pulled off the comeback of the night at the Ostrava Golden Spike yesterday

He was trailing in 7th with 200m to go, until he unleashed a final surge of speed to win the men's 1000m in 2:15.13. He ended up not just making an Ostrava record, but also shattered the Australian record that had stood since 2014 in the process. What a finish.
